Die Studierenden beschreiben und erklären wichtige Prinzipien der operativen Therapie des Verdauungssystems. Sie können Indikation und operatives Vorgehen beim kolorektalen Karzinom benennen und (patient*innengerecht) erklären:

  • Die Studierenden kennen die Indikation für die operative Therapie des kolorektalen Karzinoms und wissen, dass ein Kolorektales Karzinom nach Vorstellung im interdisziplinären Onkologischen Arbeitskreis nach Leitlinien-Empfehlung behandelt wird (affektives Lernziel: verinnerlichen, dass ein Patient mit kolorektalem Karzinom immer im onkologischen Arbeitskreis für eine Therapieempfehlung vorgestellt wird)
  • Die Studierenden können eine Hemikolektomie rechts für einen Patienten verständlich erklären (kommunikatives Lernziel: den Patienten laienverständlich informieren und die Operation erklären) und die Operationsschritte aufzählen (Präparation, Resektion, Rekonstruktion)
  • Die Studierenden können Patient*innen zu den typischen Operationsrisiken (mindestens 4: Anastomoseninsuffizienz/Anastomosenenge, Blutung, Verwachsung, Verletzung von Nachbarorganen z.B. Ureter, Stoma) eines resezierenden Dickdarmeingriffes laienverständlich und situationsangepasst aufklären und dokumentieren (klinisch praktische Fähigkeit)
  • Die Studierenden können den unkomplizierten postoperativen Verlauf nach Hemikolektomie rechts für einen Patienten schildern und wissen, was für die Nachbehandlung für den Hausarzt und den Patienten von Interesse ist (klinisch praktische Fähigkeit)


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

Lehrinhalte:

-       Rekapitulieren Anatomie Kolon und Rektum (Blutversorgung, Lymphknotenstationen)

-       Pathogenese Kolorektales Karzinom (Risikofaktoren)

-       Symptome und Krankheitsverlauf des kolorektalen Karzinoms

-       Diagnostik zum Staging des kolorektalen Karzinoms

-       Einteilung Kolonkarzinom und Rektumkarzinom

-       Leitliniengerechte Therapie

-       OP Techniken: Laparotomie, Laparoskopie oder Roboter? Operatives Vorgehen und OP Risiken

-       Postoperatives Management und Entlassmanagement, Nachbehandlung, Was ist wichtig für den Hausarzt?, Präventionsmöglichkeiten
