Sie wenden Maßnahmen zum Atemwegsmanagement an. Sie können . . .

o die Anwendung und mögliche Komplikationen supraglottischer Atemwegshilfen erläutern, diese indikationsgerecht einsetzen und Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Komplikationen ergreifen

o die Indikationen und Voraussetzungen für eine endotracheale Intubation und für die Anlage eines chirurgischen Atemweges erläutern sowie Maßnahmen zur Lagekontrolle des Tubus nach erfolgter Atemwegssicherung durchführen.


Im Rahmen des Selbststudiums lernen Sie die Prinzipien des Atemwegsmanagementes unter notfallmedizinschen Bedingungen.

Wie wird eine endotracheale Intubation vorbreitet, wie wird sie durchgeführt, wie ist das Vorgehen bei erwarteter oder unerwarteter schwieriger Intubation?

Welche Rolle spielt die Videolarsyngoskopie? Was sind und wie funktionieren alternative Atemwegshilfsmittel.
