Die Inhalte befassen sich mit zentralen Themen der gynäkologischen Endokrinologie über verschiedene Lebensphasen der Frau hinweg.

Im ersten Teil \"Endokrinologie der Schwangerschaft - von der Implantation bis zur Stillzeit / Klinische Endokrinologie der Schwangerschaft und der Stillzeit\" werden die hormonellen Veränderungen von der frühen Schwangerschaft über die Geburt bis hin zur Laktation beleuchtet. Dabei stehen die Rolle von hCG, Progesteron, Östrogen sowie Prolaktin und Oxytocin im Fokus, ebenso wie klinische Aspekte hormoneller Dysregulationen in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit.

Der zweite Teil widmet sich der \"Endokrinologie der perimenopausalen Übergangsphase, der Postmenopause und des Seniums / Klinik der Perimenopause, der Postmenopause und des Seniums\" (. Hier werden hormonelle Veränderungen in der späten reproduktiven Phase, während und nach der Menopause beschrieben, insbesondere der Rückgang von Östrogen und die damit verbundenen Symptome und Risiken (z. B. Osteoporose, kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen). Ergänzend werden klinische Strategien zur Diagnostik und Therapie hormoneller Veränderungen vorgestellt.

Abschließend behandelt der Beitrag \"Praktisches Vorgehen bei gestörter Ovarfunktion und damit assoziierten Phänomenen\" praxisorientierte Herangehensweisen bei Ovarialinsuffizienz, Zyklusstörungen oder hormonell bedingter Infertilität, einschließlich diagnostischer Maßnahmen und Therapieoptionen.
