This blended learning series introduces you to practical tools that can be easily integrated into your PhD routine – whether between writing sessions, meetings, or visits to the library. You will learn techniques to regulate stress and discover how to set healthy boundaries to protect your resources. The program supports you in staying well and maintaining balance and mental strength throughout your doctoral journey.

The series combines live sessions with a digital pinboard, where you will find easy-to-apply exercises and inspirations, and where you can exchange ideas asynchronously with fellow PhD candidates – flexible, practical, and directly applicable to your daily life.
