291121 Fallübung zum Kommunal- und Baurecht (V) (WiSe 2015/2016)

In dieser Veranstaltung werden wesentliche Inhalte des Kommunal- und des Baurechts anhand von Falllösungen erarbeitet. Begonnen wird in der ersten Semesterhälfte mit dem Baurecht, gefolgt vom Kommunalrecht in der zweiten Hälfte. Hierzu wird in jedem Termin ein Fall gelöst, der vorab über den eKVV-Verteiler per E-Mail versandt wird.
Die Veranstaltung startet in der ersten Vorlesungswoche mit einem Überblick über das Verwaltungsprozessrecht, dessen Kenntnis sehr empfehlenswert ist. In der zweiten Vorlesungswoche erfolgt ein Überblick über das Baurecht, bevor dann ab der dritten Woche Fälle bearbeitet werden.
