Im Wintersemester 2015/16 veranstalte ich ein Seminar zum Kaufrecht mit folgenden Themen:

1. Ädilizische Haftung und Gewährleistung ex empto im römischen Recht
2. Eigenschaftsirrtum und Kauf – Die kaufrechtliche Lehre von Werner Flume
3. Nachlieferung beim Stückkauf
4. Rechtsfolgen der aliud-Lieferung
5. Gewährleistung bei Rechtsmängeln
6. Rechtsnatur und Inhalt von § 439 Abs. 2 BGB
7. Der Verkäuferregress in der Lieferkette
8. Grenzen der Sachmängelhaftung beim Unternehmenskauf

Requirements for participation, required level

Eine Vorbesprechung findet statt am 20.10.2015 um 14.15 Uhr in Raum H 1-116. Die verbindliche Übernahme eines Themas erfolgt ab sofort persönlich bei dem Unterzeichneten (Terminvereinbarung mit dem Lehrstuhlsekretariat erbeten), spätestens jedoch in der Vorbesprechung. Die Teilnahme an der Vorbesprechung ist für alle Seminarteilnehmer verbindlich. Das Seminar findet als Blockseminar am 22.01./ 23.01.2016 in H 1-116 statt.

Es kann ein Seminarschein und zusätzlich nach Absprache entweder der große Grundlagenschein (§§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 3, 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 StudPrO 2012) oder die Bescheinigung über die große Hausarbeit im Privatrecht (§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO 2012) erworben werden.
