Zugelassene Gesetzestexte: StPO, StGB, GVG, GG (bspw. DTV-Ausgabe, Habersack).
Die Gesetzestexte dürfen Anmerkungen, Unterstreichungen oder Ähnliches nicht enthalten.
Ebenso ist die vorherige Markierung in den Gesetzessammlungen und Kommentaren durch Aufkleber/Register jeder Art (beschriftet oder unbeschriftet) nicht gestattet. Zu den Klausuren dürfen unbeschriftete Klebezettel mitgebracht werden. Die unbeschrifteten Klebezettel sind vor dem Beginn der jeweiligen Klausur der zuständigen Aufsichtskraft vorzuzeigen, damit es während der Klausur nicht zu Nachfragen kommt. Nach dem Beginn der Klausur dürfen diese Klebezettel verwendet und dann auch beschriftet werden.
