Die Veranstaltung vertieft die bereits zum Stoff des ersten Semesters gehörende Rechtsgeschäftslehre. Sie wendet sich an Vorgerückte.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur gem. § 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 sowie eine Hausarbeit gem. § 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO 2012 angeboten.
