In this seminar current publications and research projects in the field of small regulatory RNAs in bacteria will be presented and discussed. Topics of this interdisciplinary seminar are computational approaches for prediction as well as biological methods for identification and characterization of small regulatory RNAs.
The seminar is addressed to students of higher semesters with interest in this field of research.
This seminar will be repeated in the summer term 2008.
