Im diesem Seminar wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie rechtliche Regulierungen von Organisationen wahrgenommen, interpretiert und verarbeitet werden. Ausgehend von den mehr oder weniger großen Interpretationsspielräumen von Organisationen, werden anhand der Literatur einerseits Anpassungs- und Übersetzungsprozesse in verschiedenen Organisationstypen rekonstruiert und andererseits die Entstehung von Organisationsrecht betrachtet.
