In der Vorlesung werden die für den Strafprozess besonders wichtigen Rechtsmittel und Rechtsbehelfe behandelt. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Revision. Es erfolgt ferner eine Einübung in die strafprozessuale Gutachtentechnik. Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an Studierende in den Schwerpunktbereichen 8 und 9.
