Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der allgemeinen Zielsetzungen des Kurses statt. Sie wendet sich an Studierende mit Examenserfahrung, ist aber auch für solche in der letzten Phase der Examensvorbereitung geöffnet.
Der öffentliche-rechtliche Teil befasst sich mit Standardproblemen der Fallbearbeitung.
Das Repetitorium findet im Anschluss an den Baustein „Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht“ in der 8.-10. Veranstaltungswoche statt. Gegenstand sind zentrale examensrelevante Fragen des Fachs, die anhand von Fällen wiederholt und vertieft werden. Notwendig sind Vorkenntnisse aus der Vorlesung Polizei- und Ordnungsrecht.

Ein Leistungsnachweis wird nicht angeboten.
Die genauen Termine des Öffentlichen Rechts im Rahmen der Gesamtveranstaltung werden noch bekannt gegeben.
