In diesem Seminar soll der Zusammenhang von Geschlechterkonstruktion und professionellem Handeln im Feld der Sozialen Arbeit beleuchtet werden. Ausgangspunkt ist die Konnotation als weibliches Berufsfeld, die Einfluss auf das professionelle Handeln nehmen kann. Es sollen zunächst grundlegende Theorien der Geschlechterforschung dargestellt werden, um anschließend die aktuelle Debatte in der Sozialen Arbeit nachvollziehen zu können.
