In diesem Seminar sollen aktuelle Theorien und innovative und spannende empirische Befunde aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Klinischen Psychologie präsentiert und diskutiert werden. Ein Schwerpunkt der Veranstaltung soll in der Vermittlung bzw. gemeinsamen Erarbeitung einer gezielten Literaturrecherche sowie einem kritischen Umgang mit der vorhandenen empirischen Literatur liegen.
Arbeitsform: Literaturrecherche zu einem bestimmten Themengebiet; Auswahl von geeigneten Studien; Erarbeitung, sinnvolle didaktische Gestaltung, Durchführung und Nachbesprechung der Präsentation der Ergebnisse; Anleitung einer Diskussion.
Lernziele sind u.a.:
- Kenntnis wissenschaftlicher Recherchemethoden
- Erwerb neuer Kompetenzen hinsichtlich des Verständnisses für wissenschaftliche Artikel sowie der kritischen Beurteilung solcher Arbeiten (hinsichtlich Konzeptualisierung, Methodik, praktischer Bedeutung etc.)
- Stärkung der Fähigkeit, ein umgrenztes Thema innerhalb der klinisch-psychologischen Forschung verständlich, anschaulich und kompetent darzustellen und eine diesbezügliche Diskussion anzuregen

Die Studienleistung umfasst die Vorbereitung und Präsentation eines themenbezogenen Referates sowie dessen schriftliche Ausarbeitung im Umfang von ca. 5-7 Seiten.
