In der Vorlesung wird ein Überblick über Grundlagen, Methoden und Wirksamkeit klinisch-psychologischer Interventionen gegeben. Der erste Teil der Vorlesung besteht aus einer allgemeinen Einführung in unterschiedliche psychotherapeutische Grundannahmen. Darauf aufbauend werden im zweiten Teil dann evidenzbasierte psychotherapeutische Verfahren und deren Wirksamkeit bei der Behandlung verschiedener psychischer Störungen vorgestellt. Im Einzelnen geht es dabei z.B. um Expositionsverfahren, Entspannungsverfahren, Biofeedback-Methoden, kognitive Methoden.
