Der sorgfältige Umgang mit Forschungsdaten ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis und essenziell für qualitativ hochwertige Forschung. Eine frühzeitige Planung des Datenmanagements sichert den optimalen Umgang mit den im Forschungsprozess entstehenden Daten. Ein Datenmanagementplan (DMP) unterstützt diese Planung und wird inzwischen von vielen Forschungsförderern gefordert. Der DMP enthält strukturierte Angaben zur Datenerhebung, Dokumentation, gemeinsamen Nutzung, Veröffentlichung, Archivierung sowie urheber- und datenschutzrechltichen Aspekten.

In diesem Workshop werden wir gemeinsam den Aufbau und die Struktur eines DMP anhand der DFG-Checkliste erarbeiten. Im Hands-on Teil arbeiten Sie einen DMP-Entwurf für Ihr Forschungsprojekt aus. Nach dem Workshop haben Sie die nötigen Kenntnisse, um diesen Entwurf zu finalisieren und anschließend in Ihrem Forschungsprojekt zu verwenden.

Requirements for participation, required level

Für die Teilnahme sind folgende Vorbereitungen nötig:

  • 1. Bereitstellung eines Abstracts des Forschungsprojekts, für das Sie einen DMP erstellen wollen.
  • 2. Anlegen eines RDMO-Accounts bei forschungsdaten.info (https://rdmo.forschungsdaten.info).
