Die Vorlesung „Wirtschaftsverfassungsrecht“ behandelt die verfassungsrechtlichen Grundlagen der Wirtschaftsordnung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Rolle des Grundgesetzes in der Ausgestaltung des Wirtschaftssystems und die Staatsaufgaben im Bereich der Wirtschaftslenkung und -aufsicht. Behandelt werden u.a. die wirtschaftsrelevanten Grundrechte (z.B. Berufsfreiheit, Eigentum, Vereinigungsfreiheit), die wirtschaftsbezogenen Staatszielbestimmungen, das Verhältnis von Staat und Markt sowie die Kompetenzverteilung zwischen Bund und Ländern in Wirtschaftsangelegenheiten. Einblicke in europarechtliche Bezüge und aktuelle wirtschaftspolitische Herausforderungen runden die Veranstaltung ab. Die Vorlesung richtet sich an Studierende des Schwerpunktbereichs 10; es wird eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
