Komponentenbasierte Software-Entwicklung ist eines der in Forschung und Industrie am stärksten beachtetsten Teilgebiete des Software Engineering. Ziel ist es, Komponenten und Systeme zu schaffen, die leicht wiederverwendbar, leicht skalier-, verteil- und migrierbar sind und dabei gleichzeitig eine gute Qualitäts- und Kostenstruktur ermöglichen.
Im Umfeld der Java 2 Plattform erfreut sich das Enterprise Framework J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) zunehmender Verbreitung und erfuhr nun deutliche Vereinfachung in der jüngsten Version 3. In diesem Seminar werden, von einer Installation des freien Applikationsservers JBOSS ausgehend, verschiedene Aspekte und Technologien des Enterprise Frameworks erarbeitet und in Vorträgen dargestellt.

  • Einführung Applikationsserver JBoss v4
  • XML (DOM, SAX), Apache Ant, XDoclet, Eclipse Boss IDE
  • JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface)
  • Enterprise JavaBeans v3 (EJBs)
  • Enterprise Design Patterns
  • Java AOP und Java POJOs (aspect oriented programming)
  • Java Servlets, JSF (Java Server Pages) JSP (Java Server Pages), Apache Tomcat
  • JMX (Java Management Extension), MBean (Management Bean)
  • Clustering
  • JBoss Portal
  • Rich Ajax Platform (RAP mit Eclipse)

Requirements for participation, required level

Sehr gute praktische Java-Programmierkenntnisse und
die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in komplexe Softwaretechnologien.
