Das Seminar wurde durch (eine Themenliste enthaltenden) Aushang (auch im "Lernraum", unter "Dokumente", zu finden) angekündigt. Wie darin kundgemacht, fand die (verpflichtende) Vorbesprechung am 7. Juli 2025 statt. Da offenbar einigen der Aushang entgangen ist, häufen sich Fragen an das Sekretariat des Lehrstuhls, ob man noch teilnehmen (nachrücken) könne. Da in der Vorbesprechung nicht alle Themen vergeben wurden, wird "aus Kulanz" eine Nachrück-Bewerbungs-Frist bis zum 25. Juli 2025 eröffnet. Wer nachrücken möchte, bewerbe sich über E-Mail beim Sekretariat mit kurzem Motivationsschreiben, Leistungsübersicht aus dem bisherigen Studium, gesonderter Angabe der bereits gehörten finanz- und steuerrechtlichen Veranstaltungen und zwei gereihten Themenwünschen (Erst- und Zweitwunsch) aus den noch offenen. Die Schreibzeit läuft bereits; Abgabe (für alle, auch für Nachrücker) ist spätestens am 15. März 2026. Offen sind derzeit noch die Themen 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 und 13.
