This content-based language course is designed for English Language Teacher participants of the Lehrkräfte Plus Programm.
The main focus of the course will be on refreshing English through conversation of the teachers. Where possible, we will also have some guests speakers and participants are encouraged to present their own topics or lesson ideas.
Further we will be looking at learning strategies to refresh the participants’ vocabulary, as well as, listening comprehension and difficult grammar topics will be dealt with.
Class language is English (Level B1+ of the Common European Framework). The course includes all four skills of English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Requirements for participation, required level

Successful completion of a B1+ Speaking class or B2-rated course or C-Test of the Language Center (for dates please see http://www.uni-bielefeld.de/fachsprachenzentrum/tests_and_certs/placement.html)
