Anhand aktueller Literatur wird über neue Ansätze und spezielle Aspekte aus den Bereichen Fermentationstechnik, Aufarbeitung und Biokatalyse diskutiert. Kann im Rahmen des Master- und des Diplom-Studiengangs Molekulare Biotechnologie (als Pflichtseminar im Hauptstudium) absolviert werden.
