Das in der Veranstaltung "Trainingslehre" vorgestellte breite Spektrum der Methoden des Konditionstrainings bezieht sich im Wesentlichen auf den gesunden Organsimus und somit primär auf jüngere und trainierte Personen. Aufgrund der vielfältigen im Erwachsenenalter anzutreffenden gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen muss jedoch jede Trainingsmaßnahme vor dem Hintergrund des individuellen Gesundheitszustandes hinsichtlich ihrer Anwendbarkeit reflektiert werden. Im Rahmen dieses Seminars sollen deshalb die wichtigsten sportrelevanten internistischen Problemfelder hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung für die Sportpraxis durchleuchtet werden. Darüber hinaus soll die Bedeutung körperlicher Aktivität für die Prävention und auch Therapie pathologischer Veränderungen herausgestellt werden.
