Organizational Inequality Regimes
What describes organizations as inequality regimes? Why are organizations so central to the generation, reproduction and change in social inequalities? What are the central mechanisms involved? This theory class introduces the concept of organizational inequality regimes. It further allows to present and discuss own research and to reflect how an organizational inequality perspective is meaningful.
