Das Seminar vermittelt die theoretischen Grundlagen der Neurologie und gibt erste Einblicke in die praktische Tätigkeit.
Schwerpunkte bilden die häufigsten neurologische Erkrankungen, die mit Sprach-, Sprech- und/ oder Schluckstörungen assoziiert sind.Für das Verständnis dieser Krankheitsbilder ist es wichtig, die anatomischen und physiologischen Voraussetzungen der menschlichen Sprache, des Sprechens und Schluckaktes zu kennen.
Ziel des Seminars ist die Vermittlung neurologischer Grundbegriffe sowie der Erwerb der Kenntnis von Ätiologie, Pathologie, Therapie und Prognose neurologischer Syndrome und Erkrankungen.
Die Studierenden sollen die Details eines neurologischen Befundes verstehen lernen und mit der Diagnostik, Klinik und Therapie von Schlaganfällen, Parkinsonsyndromen, Multipler Sklerose, Systemerkrankungen, Hirntumoren, Epilepsien, etc. vertraut werden.Die folgenden Blockveranstaltungen sind für die Klinik geplant:
