Wie kann ich mir mehr Klarheit verschaffen im Hinblick auf meine eigene berufliche Zukunft? Berufsorientierung ist ein Prozess, den man durch ein systematisches Vorgehen gestalten kann. Hierfür gibt es konkrete Instrumente und Methoden, die einen dabei unterstützen.
Der Online-Workshop gibt einen kurzen Überblick über mögliche Vorgehensweisen bei der Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst, den eigenen Interessen, Kompetenzen und Werten. Darüber hinaus werden Strategien vorgestellt, wie man sich über den Arbeitsmarkt und relevante Berufsfelder informieren kann.
