271121 L&E-Woche: Stress ist ein Thema in deinem (Studien-)Alltag? (WS) (SoSe 2025)

Mit Stress kennst du dich über dein Studium zwar theoretisch gut aus, aber gilt das auch für deinen persönlichen Umgang mit Stress? In diesem Workshop schauen wir uns gemeinsam an, wie Stress entsteht, wie du dein persönliches Stressempfinden wahrnehmen kannst und was deine individuellen Stressfaktoren sind. Wir werden gemeinsam erarbeiten, wie du deinen Alltag mit mehr Selbstfürsorge gestalten kannst und welche Achtsamkeitsübungen du für dich anwenden kannst.
Du kannst dir einen Werkzeugkoffer mit individuellen Techniken zur Stressbewältigung erstellen, welchen du langfristig nutzen kannst.
Bitte beachte: In diesem Workshop werden wir uns mit Alltagsstress befassen, nicht mit chronischem/klinischem Stressempfinden.
