Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist das Recht dieses Europäischen Binnenmarktes. Wir legen dabei einen Schwerpunkt auf die Grundfreiheiten (vor allem die Warenverkehrsfreiheit, Dienstleistungsfreiheit, Niederlassungsfreiheit) sowie auf das Europäische Beihilferecht. Diese Themen werden anhand von grundlegenden, aber auch aktuellsten Entscheidungen des EuGH behandelt werden. Daneben werden aber auch sekundäres Unionsrecht sowie aktuelle rechtspolitische Entwicklungen in diesen Bereichen zur Sprache kommen. Die Veranstaltung zählt zum Schwerpunktbereich „Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in der Europäischen Union“, steht aber grundsätzlich allen Interessierten offen und behandelt mit den Grundfreiheiten einen Bereich, der auch Gegenstand von Pflichtfachklausuren in der staatlichen Pflichtfachprüfung werden kann. Grundkenntnisse im Europarecht sind Voraussetzung für diese Vorlesung, sie ergänzt und vertieft die Vorlesung Europarecht aus dem Wintersemester und schließt insofern an diese an.

Bei dieser Veranstaltung kann für den Bereich BA-NF (Modul Europa) eine veranstaltungsübergreifende Prüfung inform eines benoteten Referates abgelegt werden.
