Die Studierenden sollen nach Teilnahme an der Vorlesung die Eigenschaften einer gesunden Hornhaut kennen sowie Erkrankungen wie den Keratokonus oder Cornea guttata diagnostizieren und ihre Therapie beschreiben können. Sie können die Prinzipien der Hornhauttransplantation wiedergeben und Indikationen nennen.
