Die Studierenden vertiefen in der 2. Vorlesung die in der 1. Vorlesung vorgestellten Bildgebungsmuster und beginnen diese typischen Krankheiten zuordnen zu können.

Sie können dabei die typischen Bildbefunde pulmonaler Volumenbelastung und pneumonischer Entzündungen prinzipiell bennenen.

Die Studierenden kennen die typischen bildmorphologischen Veränderungen emphysematös-fibrotischer Erkrankungen und wurden auf die typischen Veränderungen bei (Lungen-)Tuberkulose hingewiesen. Dabei werden cavernöse und bronchiektatische Veränderungen ebenso wie bullöse, interstitielle und alveoläre Veränderungen prinzipiell vorgestellt.

Die Studierenden erkennen typische Lungenmetastasen im (Schnitt-)Bild und können die Begriffe Pancoasttumor und Bronchial-CA radiologisch einordnen.

Bildgebung:

  • pneumonische Veränderungen (entzündlich)
  • emphysematös-fibrotische Veränderungen (Emphysemformen)
  • Tbc, Cavernen, Bronchiektasien, Zysten
  • Herzinsuffizienz, Ergüsse
  • Rundherde (Metastasen) und Tumoren
