Studierende 1-72


Die Studierenden kennen die verschiedenen Abschnitte des Dickdarms und können deren peritoneale Lage und Gefäßversorgung erklären. Die Besonderheiten des Wandaufbaus und die daraus resultierenden klinische Relevanz sind bekannt. Die Lage und der Aufbau der Appendix vermiformis können beschrieben werden. Die Lage und der Aufbau des Rektums sind bekannt und die Studierenden haben die Mechanismen der Kontinenz und der Defäkation verstanden. Die Studierenden können die vegetative Innervation von Dickdarm und Rektum erklären.


Dickdarm - Intestinum crassum: Caecum mit Appendix vermiformis (Lage und Projektion), Colon, Rectum und Canalis analis

Funktion, Abschnitt, Form und Lage, Besonderheiten im Wandaufbau

Sphinktersystem von Rektum und Analkanal (Kontinenz und Defäkation)

Gefäßversorgung, Innervation und Lymphabfluss des Dickdarms

Vegetative Innervation
