Die Studierenden kennen die Lage und den Aufbau der Leber. Die Gefäßversorgung der Leber und der Portale Kreislauf können erklärt werden. Die Segmenteinteilung der Leber kann von den Studierenden erläutert werden. Die Studierenden können den Aufbau der intra- und extrahepatischen Gallenwege erklären.


Hepatobiliäres System I: Leber, ableitende Gallenwege, Gallenflüssigkeit

Leber: Funktion, Form, Abschnitte und Lage (Beziehungen zu Nachbarorganen), Lebersegmente und portale Trias

Gefäßversorgung, Innervation und Lymphabfluss der Leber

Gallenwege: intrahepatische und extrahepatische, Abfluss der Galle
