Strukturierte Untersuchung: Die Studierenden erlernen eine systematische Vorgehensweise zur neurologischen und psychiatrischen Untersuchung von Kindern unter Berücksichtigung ihres Entwicklungsstandes.

Erkennen pathologischer Befunde: Die Studierenden identifizieren altersuntypische neurologische und psychiatrische Auffälligkeiten und grenzen diese von normalen Entwicklungsvarianten ab.

Kommunikation und Anamnese: Die Studierenden führen eine altersgerechte Anamnese sowie eine vertrauensvolle Gesprächsführung mit Kindern und Eltern durch.

Differentialdiagnostisches Denken: Die Studierenden erarbeiten anhand von Untersuchungsbefunden mögliche Differentialdiagnosen und leiten daraus weiterführende diagnostische Schritte ab.

Praktische Anwendung und Dokumentation: Die Studierenden üben und dokumentieren die wichtigsten Untersuchungsmethoden der Neuropädiatrie und Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie praxisnah.
