Unterscheidung primär ischämischer vs hämorrhagischer Schlaganfall im Bild, Verständnis der jeweiligen Ursachen

Cirrculus wilisii und zervicale, arterielle Gefäßachse,

Hirnvenen- und Sinusanatomie

CT-Angiographie, (Vorstellung von Perfusion, DWI)

Vorstellung von Thrombektomie und Coiling


Die Studierenden werden mit der Aufteilung in ischämische Schlaganfälle und hämorrhagische Schlaganfälle sowie deren Untergliederungen und den entsprechenden Bild-Befunden vertraut gemacht. Zudem wird auf die spezifische Bildgebung je Krankheitsentität und Modalität eingegangen.

Schließlich werden die Interventionellen Möglichkeiten und das Vorgehen in der Neuroradiologie zur Thrombusextraktion und Aneurysmaversorgung exemplarisch vorgestellt.
