Die Studierenden vertiefen die in der Vorlesung vermittelten Grundkenntnisse in geometrischer Optik. Sie verstehen die physikalischen Vorgänge und Ursachen von Akkomodation, Kurz- und Weitsichtigkeit sowie deren Korrekturmöglichkeiten durch Sehhilfen.
