Die wichtigsten pränataldiagnostischen Untersuchungen bei Mehrlingen erläutern können.

Indikationen für verschiedene Sonografieverfahren kennen und anwenden.

Die Unterscheidung zwischen dichorialen und monochorialen Schwangerschaften verstehen.

Risiken von Mehrlingsschangerschaften, mögliche Komplikationen und therapeutische Optionen bewerten.

Das Konzept der Stufendiagnostik situationsgerecht berücksichtigen.


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

  1. Grundlagen der Pränataldiagnostik bei Mehrlingen: Überblick über wichtige Untersuchungen und ihre Bedeutung.
  2. Sonografieverfahren: Indikationen und Unterschiede der verschiedenen Methoden.
  3. Indikationsstellung: Auswahl diagnostischer Verfahren je nach klinischer Situation.
  4. Risikoschwangerschaften: Unterschiede dichorialer und monochorialer Schwangerschaften.
  5. Vorsorge, Komplikationen und Therapieoptionen: Stufendiagnostik und therapeutische Maßnahmen.
