Die Lehrveranstaltung läuft parallel zur Vorlesung Sozialrecht I und ist inhaltlich an dieser Vorlesung ausgerichtet. Die zu bearbeitenden Fälle stammen aus dem Bereich der Sozialversicherung und der Arbeitsförderung. Die Fälle sollen einzelne Aspekte der Vorlesung vertiefen und den Studierenden die Möglichkeit bieten, ihr Wissen an praktischen Fallkonstellationen zu testen. Die Fälle bereiten auf die Abschlussklausuren in den Schwerpunktbereichen 6 und 7 vor. Studierende erhalten außerdem die Möglichkeit zur selbständigen Präsentation von Falllösungen.
Bei dieser Veranstaltung existiert ein entsprechendes Kursangebot im Stud.IP System der Bibliothek. Auch dort können Lehrende Materialien zu Lehrveranstaltungen ablegen.
