Die Veranstaltung dient zur Vertiefung der im Grundstudium erworbenen Kenntnisse im Verfassungsrecht. Gegenstand sind aktuelle examensrelevante Entscheidungen vor allem des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zu den Grundrechten und zum Staatsorganisationsrecht. Die Veranstaltung setzt auf aktive Mitarbeit. Nach Absprache besteht ggf. die Möglichkeit, durch ein Impulsstatement, das in das zu besprechende Urteil einführt, eine Schlüsselqualifikation zu erwerben.
