In diesem Seminar wird sich mit Heterogenität und individueller Förderung als Herausforderung für Lehrkräfte in ihrem alltäglichen Handeln zunächst auf theoretischer Ebene auseinandergesetzt. Daran anschließend soll der Umgang mit diesen Herausforderungen im schulischen Alltag thematisiert werden, um auf diese Weise Chancen und Hindernisse für die konkrete Unterrichtspraxis herauszuarbeiten. Der Umgang mit heterogenen Lerngruppen betrifft dabei alle Lehrenden aller Schulformen. Daher korrespondiert dieses Seminar mit dem Seminar „Grundlagen der Elementar- und Grundschulpädagogik“ von Mona Stets, sodass einige Seminarsitzungen gemeinsam im Plenum gestaltet werden. Auf diese Weise soll die Perspektive auf den Umgang mit Methoden der Differenzierung und der individuellen Förderung sowohl über als auch innerhalb der verschiedenen Schulformen gemeinsam in beiden Seminaren fokussiert werden.
