230720 Englisch: English Upper Intermediate, Level B2.2 (S) (SoSe 2025)

This course will expand your knowledge of English through extensive practice speaking, writing, listening, and reading. Through various media and exercises students will gain the knowledge they need to work academically in English. This course will prepare students for working at the C1 level and continued academic fluency.

If you are on the waiting list, you are invited to join the first lessons anyway. Experience has shown that waiting list students who have the right level are usually able to join the class.

This class allows guest students who want to practice their English, but do not want to do the entire course. However, this is only possible if your spoken English level is higher than the average of the class (so at least a good B2). If you are not sure if you have the right level, come to a class and the teacher will assess you. Guest students are expected to have the book, and do the homework for the classes they attend.

Requirements for participation, required level

To join this course, you need to have at least a beginner B2 level (B2-). Your teacher will assess your level in your first two lessons, and might direct you to the B1.2 course as needed.
