Das Forschungskolloquium ist ein Forum für die Diskussion aktueller Ansätze und neuer Ergebnisse datengetriebener Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaften. Dabei stehen Fragen im Mittelpunkt, die die Form und Funktion sprachlicher Phänomene in literarischen Gebrauchskontexten adressieren, ebenso wie die Rolle sozialhistorischer Faktoren.
Wir besprechen Methoden und Theorien der Ansätze der Korpusliteraturwissenschaft (KLW) bzw. Computational Literary Studies (CLS) als Teil der Digital Humanities ebenso wie Perspektiven der Empirischen Literaturwissenschaft als interdisziplinäre Schnittstellen zwischen Literaturwissenschaft, (Computer-)Linguistik, Psychologie und den Sozialwissenschaften. Neben gemeinsamer Lektüre und der Diskussion einzelner Gastvorträge werden insbesondere laufende Projekte vorgestellt und neue Ideen ausprobiert.
Das Kolloquium richtet sich an alle Interessierten. Studierende im MA und auch schon BA (u.a. Germanistik, Literaturwissenschaft, Linguistik, Computerlinguistik, Medienwissenschaft) sind herzlich willkommen. Achtung: BA-Studierende können in diesem Seminar keine LV erwerben. Veranstaltungssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch.
