Das Blockseminar wird sich mit Stress und Stressbewältigung bei Lehrenden und Lernenden im Schulkontext beschäftigen. Am Anfang werden Modelle zur Entstehung von Stress erarbeitet. Danach wird es darum gehen, wie man mit Stress umgehen kann. Ziel des Seminar ist es dabei zum einen, Programme und Strategien zu kennen, wie Schülerinnen und Schüler Stress bewältigen und vorbeugen können und zum anderen, ein Bewusstsein für das eigene Stresserleben zu erlangen und Strategien kennen zu lernen, wie man selbst als Lehrkraft Stress im (Schul-)Alltag vorbeugen und vermindern kann. Die Inhalte werden mit praktischen Übungen ergänzt.

Die Vergabe erfolgt über das elektronische Teilnahmemanagement. Um einen erhaltenen Platz anzunehmen, ist es erforderlich zur Vorbesprechung anwesend zu sein. Sollte dies in Ausnahmefällen nicht möglich sein, ist es erforderlich sich rechtzeitig vor Beginn der Vorbesprechung per Mail bei den Dozentinnen zu melden.
