Dieses Seminar ist der regelmäßige Treffpunkt für alle Studierenden und Lehrenden in den Studiengängen Molekularbiologie und Bioinformatische Genomforschung. In den ersten zwei Semestern besuchen MolekularbiologInnen weitgehend die gleichen Veranstaltungen wie Studierende anderer Studiengänge der Fakultät für Biologie. Dieses studienbegleitende Seminar bietet ihnen von Beginn des Studiums an ein Forum für spezifische Fragen ihres Studiengangs. Die Treffen dienen dazu, in lockerer Atmosphäre zu einem regelmäßigen Austausch zwischen Studierenden und Lehrenden beizutragen, die beteiligten Arbeitsbereiche vorzustellen und so eine spätere Profilbildung durch frühzeitige Information zu erleichtern.
