Betreuungsbeziehungen im akademischen Bereich müssen gepflegt und gestaltet werden. Der Workshop soll Promovierende an der BGHS dabei unterstützen, eigene Bedürfnisse und Wünsche an das Betreuungsverhältnis herauszufinden sowie Wege und Möglichkeiten zu entwickeln, die Interessen gegenüber dem Betreuer / der Betreuerin zu artikulieren und zu vertreten. Zum Workshop gehören eine Einführung in Kommunikations- und Konflikttheorien sowie praktische Übungen. Im gemeinsamen Austausch besteht die Gelegenheit, eigene Schwerpunkte zu setzen.
Der Workshop ist geöffnet für Promovierende anderer Fakultäten, BGHS-Mitglieder haben Vorrang bei der Teilnahme.
