In diesem Seminar werden verschiedene Ansätze der Organisationsentwicklung behandelt. Dabei bilden eine umfassende Problemerhebung und eine klare Diagnose den Ausgangspunkt von organisationalen Veränderungsprozessen.
Neben einem Überblick über mögliche Analysetechniken und Erhebungsinstrumente liegt der Schwerpunkt dieses Seminars auf der Entwicklung und praktischen Umsetzung von OE-Maßnahmen. Anhand von Beispielen aus Wirtschaftsunternehmen und Non-Profit-Organisationen soll die konkrete Vorgehensweise herausgearbeitet und diskutiert werden.
Die Inhalte des Seminars sind prüfungsrelevant.
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Seminar ist die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit.
