Contents, comment

Nachdem im ersten Teil die Struktur von Staatlichkeit im Völkerrecht nachgezeichnet wurde, wird in diesem Semester der Wandel von Staatlichkeit in den Blick genommen. Der erste Teil nimmt sich insbesondere der Fragmentierungs vs. Konstitutionalisierungsdebatte an. Im zweiten Teil werden einige Regimekollisionen wie z.B. zwischen Handel und Umwelt analysiert und die Möglichkeit von staatlichem Handeln eruiert.
