Nach Besuch der Veranstaltung sind die Studierenden in der Lage die Grundlagen internistischer Notfallsituationen, das Erkennen solcher mit einfachen Mitteln sowie die Grundlagen der Therapie zu erläutern.


  • Störungen der Atmung: Asthma, Fremdkörper-Aspiration, andere Atemwegsstörungen
  • Störungen des Bewusstseins: z.B. Schlaganfall
  • Störungen des Kreislaufs: Schock, verschiedene Schockformen, akutes Koronarsymdrom
  • Thermische Störungen (Sonnenstich, Hitzschlag, Hyperthermie, Hypothermie)
  • Unfälle durch elektischen Strom (nichttraumatologisch)
  • Wiederholung BLS-Maßnahmen der cardiopulmonalen Reanimation
  • Grundlagen erweiterter Maßnahmen der cardiopulmonalen Reanimation

Vermittelt werden .die Grundlagen, das Erkennen mit einfachen Mitteln sowie die Grundlagen der Therapie.

Fortführen der im Seminar besprochenen Themen mit praktischen Übungen/Szenarientrainings

Praktische Übungen in Kleingruppen:

spezielle Lagerungsmaßnahmen

Anlage eines intravenösen Zugangs (am Phantom)

Fallbeispiele / Szenarientraining

Das Seminar beinhaltet wesentliche Teile des nach ÄAppO vorgesehene Erste-Hilfe-Kurses
