Information zu Prüfungsleistung im Block „Recht“, fünf Einheiten, 18.11.-16.12.2024 (Stand: 27.11.2024):
Liebe Studierende,
die Angaben zur Prüfungsleistung im Bereich „Ethik“, die Sie mittels PowerPoint in der Ethiksitzung am 14.10.2024 bekommen haben, beziehen sich nur auf die Einheiten zur Ethik, nicht auf die Einheiten „Recht“. Dass Sie sich für die Bereiche „Recht“ sowie „Geschichte/Wissenschaftstheorie“ auf andere Vorgaben für die Prüfungsleistungen einstellen müssen, ist Ihnen ebenfalls schon am 14.10.2024 mitgeteilt worden.
Im Bereich „Recht“ gilt insbesondere nicht, dass als Prüfungsleistung ein Stundenprotokoll ausreicht, das sich nur auf eine einzige Einheit bezieht. Die Prüfungsleistung im Bereich „Recht“ stellt ein Stundenprotokoll dar, dass sich auf alle fünf Einheiten (18.11.; 25.11.; 02.12., 09.12., 16.12.2024) bezieht.
Die Prüfungsleistung kann sinnvollerweise nur nach mindestens einmaliger Anwesenheit in der Veranstaltung erbracht werden, denn die Anfertigung eines „Stundenprotokolls“ setzt schon in tatsächlicher Hinsicht die Anwesenheit in der Veranstaltung voraus. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Minimalanforderung. Wird ein Stundenprotokoll ohne zumindest einmalige Anwesenheit in der Veranstaltung abgegeben, kann es sich nicht um ein Stundenprotokoll handeln, sondern allenfalls um eine Zusammenfassung aus schriftlichen Unterlagen. Je mehr Einheiten des Bereichs „Recht“ vom Stundenprotokoll umfasst sind, desto mehr sind die Anforderungen an die Prüfungsleistung erfüllt.
