Sie verstehen die Grundlagen des Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA).

Sie können mit Hilfe der Dünnschichtchromatographie die Wirkstoffe der Anti-Babypille identifizieren.


1. Nachweis der Wirkstoffe einer Anti-Babypille durch Dünnschichtchromatographie

2. Nachweis von Choriongonadotropin im Urin (Schwangerschaftstest)

3. Bestimmung von Thyroxin durch Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
