Bei der Lösung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten denkt man schnell an das gerichtliche Urteil. Aber auch im Gerichtsprozess spielt die einvernehmliche Beilegung des Streits eine große Rolle. Wünschenswert ist es ohnehin, dass es gar nicht zum Prozess kommt und Konflikte außerprozessual beigelegt werden. Durch unter¬schiedliche gesetzliche Vorkehrungen wird hierauf hingewirkt, wobei spätestens mit dem Media¬tionsförderungsgesetz (2012) Verfahren zur einvernehmlichen Streitbeilegung wie Schlichtung und Mediation fest in unserem Rechtssystem verankert sind. Techniken und Regelungen, die hierbei zu beachten sind, sowie der Vergleich mit dem streitig geführten Prozess soll Gegenstand der Veranstaltung sein, für die auch ein Besuch im Amts- oder Landgericht vorgesehen ist.
