Die Diskussion über den Tellerrand der eigenen Praxis, sei es einer theoretischen oder auch erfahrungsgeleiteten Praxis hinweg, ist ein bestimmendes Anliegen dieser Veranstaltung. Daher werden im Rahmen des Kolloquiums Wissenschaftler und Praktiker aus verschiedenen Unternehmen und Organisationen über Change Prozesse referieren. Angefragt sind Unternehmen aus den Branchen Automobil, Pharma, Banken, Dienstleistungen, Weiterbildung. Sobald der genaue Terminplan abgestimmt sein wird, wird er hier veröffentlicht werden. Interessierte sind dennoch gebeten, sich als Teilnehmer/innen schon einzutragen, damit sie zeitnah auch die entsprechenden Materialien erhalten können.
